Meet Karen Michelson, CNP
I’m Karen Michelson, a board-certified nurse practitioner and the owner of Visage MedSpa in Mayfield Village, just outside Cleveland.
I’ve spent my entire nursing career in dermatology and have been injecting for over 25 years. I was the first nurse injector of fillers in Ohio, and I later served as a national educator for Galderma Laboratories, training physicians and nurses in filler and neuromodulator techniques. Experience matters!
My philosophy is simple: natural, never overdone. Together, we’ll talk through your goals and create a plan that leaves you looking refreshed and rejuvenated, like the best version of yourself. Many of my patients have been with me for years, and that trust means everything.
